Alongside the management of our accommodations, we have launched an important certified professional training project, dedicated to those who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality industry.
Professional Courses with Certification

Our courses are led by industry professionals with years of field experience, who share practical skills, operational tools, and a realistic vision of working in hotels.
The initiative was created with the goal of guiding young people through a serious and engaging path, starting from schools and now also open to those who wish to retrain or re-enter the job market.

At the end of the program, a certified certificate is issued, valid for professional placement in Italy: a concrete step towards the future, providing a solid foundation and real growth opportunities.

One of the most significant milestones of the project was carried out in collaboration with Oficina I.S., a professional training institute, and ITCS Gaetano Salvemini.

The event involved dozens of students, who were given the opportunity to put the skills they had acquired directly into practice within tourist facilities in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, two regions that have always been central to Italian tourism.

Thanks to numerous requests from hotel groups and industry operators, 45 students were placed within company staff, with regular employment contracts activated for the summer season.

The tourism sector continues to be one of the most dynamic and reactive in terms of employment, especially for young people.
The growing demand for qualified personnel has found a response in the Job Meeting Experience project, generating a virtuous circle between training and businesses—one in which GSA Hotels strongly believes.
